Silver Charming is proud to guaratee your satisfaction with each and every product purchased from us for a limited period of 10 days from shipment arrival date.

Silver Charming accepts all return products,  there are no restocking fees of any kind.

If you are not satisfied with your purchased with us simply contact us.


Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

  • You must email us to obtain a Return Authorisation Code.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a refund unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return.
  • The person returning the item will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.
  • You are required to keep the appropriate proof of return documentation. Without these, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
  • The original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
  • Normal refund entitlements apply to faulty goods. If, in the unlikely event, you have received a damaged piece of jewellery, We will be happy to exchange or refund the item, and will refund up to A$7.50 in delivery fees to return the faulty goods.


Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased for another one on the website, please follow the 'can I return an item' . A new, separate order (on this website only) should be placed for any item you'd like instead.
